Summary

This study tests whether combining chemotherapy, radiation, and an immunotherapy drug can completely eliminate tumors in people with locally advanced rectal cancer that has a high chance of coming back. About 30 participants will receive this treatment before any surgery. The main goal is to see how many patients have no cancer cells left after the full treatment course.
