Summary
This study is testing whether two immunotherapy drugs (botensilimab and balstilimab) can shrink rectal tumors before surgery. Researchers want to see if this approach works for people with a specific type of rectal cancer that doesn't typically respond well to immunotherapy. The trial will enroll 40 adults with locally advanced rectal cancer who haven't had prior treatment.
