Summary
This study is testing a new medical device that delivers radiation directly to rectal tumors. The goal is to see if this approach can effectively control cancer while allowing patients to avoid major surgery and a permanent colostomy bag. Researchers will enroll 20 patients to check if the treatment is safe, feasible, and can make the tumor disappear.
