Summary
This study is testing whether a weekly community recreation program can help older adults stay sharp and active. Participants aged 60 and over will join group art sessions and interactive exergames for 24 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in memory, attention, and physical balance to see if the fun, social activities make a difference in daily life.
