New therapy aims to help veterans rebuild hope after suicide attempts

Summary

This study is developing and testing a group therapy called Continuous Identity-Cognitive Therapy (CI-CT) for veterans who have recently experienced a suicidal crisis. The goal is to help them recover, regain hope, and build a positive sense of self and future. About 57 veterans will provide feedback to refine the therapy and assess its feasibility and potential benefits.
