New daily pill hopes to shrink Hard-to-Treat tumors

Summary
This study tests an experimental daily pill, REC-1245, in 170 adults with advanced solid tumors or lymphomas that have not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors or slow their growth. Participants will take the pill once daily and be monitored for side effects and cancer response.
