Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new oral medication called REC-1245 for people with advanced cancers that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The main goals are to find a safe dose, see how the body processes the drug, and check for early signs that it might help shrink tumors. It is for adults whose cancer has gotten worse or returned after trying standard treatments.
