First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This study tests a new educational program called ReBOOT for adults with epilepsy who are about to have brain surgery. The goal is to see if the program can lower the risk of memory or thinking problems after surgery, or help people cope if they do have problems. Participants will attend virtual group sessions before surgery and fill out surveys for up to a year afterward. Researchers will compare their results to those receiving standard care.
