Summary

This study observed how well the existing drug tofacitinib worked for people with psoriatic arthritis in their normal, everyday treatment. It followed 116 patients for a year to see if the drug could reduce their disease activity, help them achieve remission, and improve their quality of life. The goal was to understand the drug's real-world effectiveness, not to test a new cure.
