Real-World check on promising lung cancer drug

Summary
This study aims to see how well the drug Zepzelca works and how safe it is for patients with advanced small cell lung cancer in everyday medical practice. It will observe about 300 patients whose cancer has spread and who have already tried standard chemotherapy. The main goal is to measure how many patients' tumors shrink in response to the treatment.
