Summary
This study will look back at medical records to see how well the drug ropeginterferon works for people with polycythemia vera, a rare blood cancer. Researchers will analyze data from 150 patients who have already received this treatment to understand how well it controls the disease, how long the benefits last, and what side effects occur. The goal is to gather real-world evidence on the drug's effectiveness and safety from multiple hospitals.
