First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study is looking at how effective and safe neotetracycline drugs (like eravacycline and tigecycline) are for treating gram-negative bacterial infections. Researchers will review medical records of about 400 adults who have drug-resistant infections and have taken these antibiotics for at least 3 days. The goal is to see if symptoms improve and if there are any side effects.
