Summary

This study follows 300 men with a type of advanced prostate cancer that no longer responds to hormone therapy. Participants receive a targeted radiation treatment called lutetium-177 vipivotide tetraxetan as part of their normal care. Researchers will track how long the cancer stays under control and how patients fare over time, without changing or interfering with their treatment.
