Summary

This study aims to understand how doctors in Germany adjust the dose of the approved drug secukinumab for adults with moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa (HS), a painful skin condition. It will observe 424 patients over two years during their routine treatment, tracking when doses are increased or decreased and how the disease responds. The goal is to learn about real-world treatment patterns, not to test a new cure.
