First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 33 times

Summary

This study looked at how well a special diet (called CDED plus NEP) works for children aged 8 to 18 with active Crohn's disease in everyday medical practice. A total of 58 children took part. The goal was to see if the diet could help them feel better without needing steroids or other strong drugs, and if it could heal their gut lining.
