Summary

This study looks at how well the eye injection aflibercept 8 mg works for people with vision loss from age-related macular degeneration (nAMD) or diabetic macular edema (DME). Researchers will collect data from 2500 adults already prescribed the drug by their doctors, tracking vision changes over 12 to 24 months. No extra visits or tests are required—only routine care information is used.
