Tracking a promising lung cancer drug in everyday spanish hospitals

Summary
This study aims to understand how well the lung cancer drug osimertinib works for patients in real-world Spanish hospitals, outside of controlled clinical trials. It will follow 500 adults with a specific genetic type of non-small cell lung cancer who are already being treated with this medication. The goal is to collect data on survival, side effects, and quality of life to see how the drug performs in everyday medical practice.
