Summary
This study will test a portable device that collects breath samples from 16 people (8 with cystic fibrosis and 8 healthy volunteers) to measure markers of lung inflammation. The goal is to see if the device works well in real-world settings and to link those markers with environmental factors like air pollution. Participants will wear the device during daily activities and provide breath samples for analysis.
