Summary
This study aims to see how well a diabetes medication called luseogliflozin works and how safe it is for people in their normal daily lives. It will follow 300 adults with type 2 diabetes for about six months after their doctor prescribes the drug. The goal is to collect real-world information on how the drug affects blood sugar, weight, blood pressure, and kidney function.
