Summary
This study looks at medical records from 770 people with advanced lung cancer to see if real-world data can produce the same results as a previous clinical trial (KEYNOTE-042). The goal is to learn when and how to trust real-world data for future research. No new treatments are given; it is purely an observation and comparison study.
