Summary

This study will compare two types of continuous glucose monitors (real-time vs intermittent) in 108 adults with type 2 diabetes who use insulin and have poor blood sugar control. Participants will be randomly assigned to one monitor type for several months. The goal is to see which device helps keep blood sugar in the target range (70-180 mg/dL) more effectively.
