Summary
This study compares a continuous glucose monitor (FreeStyle Libre 3) to standard finger-stick testing in 470 adults with type 2 diabetes who are on basal insulin and certain other medications. The goal is to see if the monitor improves blood sugar levels (HbA1c) over 16 weeks. Participants will wear a small sensor on their arm that tracks glucose in real time, aiming for better daily management.
