Summary
This study tests if wearing a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) that shows blood sugar on a phone app, plus joining a group chat with other pregnant participants, helps keep blood sugar healthy during pregnancy. The goal is to prevent health problems for both mother and baby. The study is for 70 pregnant women at risk for gestational diabetes.
