Summary
This study tests whether a new monitoring method can track brain blood flow in real time during major noncardiac surgery. Researchers will enroll 256 adults to see if the Medtronic Cotrending algorithm works reliably. The goal is to learn if this tool can help doctors keep the brain safe during operations.
