Automated insulin pumps put to the test in everyday life
NCT ID NCT05418699
Summary
This study looked at how well automated insulin pumps, also called closed-loop systems, work for people with Type 1 diabetes in their daily lives. It followed 410 patients who were already using these devices to see how well they controlled their long-term blood sugar levels. The goal was to gather real-world data from regular hospital clinics, not just specialized research centers.
