Summary

This study looks at whether hand expressing breast milk during pregnancy and following a special diet after birth can help women with excess weight breastfeed longer and more successfully. Researchers will track milk composition, breastfeeding start and duration, and baby growth in 240 mothers. The goal is to find simple ways to support breastfeeding in this group.
