First seen Apr 24, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tests whether a blood test that detects HPV DNA can help doctors choose the right level of treatment for people with HPV-positive throat cancer. About 116 participants with early-stage cancer will receive therapy tailored to their risk, aiming to improve survival and reduce harsh side effects. The approach is designed to control the disease effectively while avoiding unnecessary strong treatments.
