Texts and emails aim to reconnect young cancer survivors with life-saving checkups

Summary
This study tests whether digital messages (texts, emails, or apps) can encourage teens and young adults who survived childhood cancer to schedule and attend their long-term follow-up appointments. About 530 survivors aged 15-29 who are overdue for care will receive different sequences of reminders and support. The goal is to find the best way to help them stay on top of their health after cancer.
