New injection aims to cut COPD Flare-Ups in half

Summary
This study tests an experimental injection called RC1416 in 180 adults aged 40-85 with moderate to severe COPD. The goal is to see if it can reduce the number of serious flare-ups and improve lung function compared to a placebo. Participants will receive either the drug or a dummy injection, and neither they nor their doctors will know which one they get.
