Summary
This study tests a new drug called RBD4059 in 30 adults with stable coronary artery disease. The main goal is to check if the drug is safe and to see how it affects the body compared to a placebo. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo and visit the clinic up to 12 times over about a year.
