Magnetocardiography may cut unnecessary heart procedures

NCT ID NCT07341932

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether a non-invasive heart scan called magnetocardiography (MCG) can help doctors decide the best treatment for people with stable coronary artery disease. About 1,300 participants with moderate blockages will be randomly assigned to either MCG-guided care or standard care. The goal is to see if MCG reduces unnecessary invasive procedures while maintaining safety and quality of life.
