New hope for kids battling leukemia that Won't stay away

NCT ID NCT05192889

Summary

This study is testing a new combination of two drugs, venetoclax and navitoclax, for children and young adults whose acute lymphoblastic leukemia has come back or hasn't responded to previous treatments. The main goals are to see if this combination can effectively clear the cancer from the bone marrow and to find the safest and most effective dose for future use. The trial is also testing different follow-up treatments based on specific features of a patient's cancer.
