Experimental drug combo aims to control resistant blood cancers
NCT ID NCT06284460
Summary
This study aimed to test whether combining two drugs could help control advanced blood cancers that have specific genetic changes and have stopped responding to standard treatments. The trial was designed for adults with myelodysplastic syndromes or related conditions who had already tried other therapies without success. Researchers planned to first find the safest dose, then see if that dose could effectively manage the disease.
