Summary
This study tests whether a combination of two drugs, talazoparib and temozolomide, can shrink or stop the growth of rare cancers that have spread. It is for people whose cancer has not responded to standard treatments. The drugs work by damaging cancer cell DNA and blocking its repair, aiming to kill the cancer cells.
