New Clot-Busting device could change stroke care

Summary
This study tests a new device called the RapidPulse Aspiration System to remove blood clots from the brains of people having a severe stroke. About 170 adults aged 18 to 80 will be treated within 8 hours of their first symptoms. The goal is to see if the device can safely restore blood flow and improve recovery over 90 days.
