Summary

This study tests whether a weekly low dose of the drug everolimus, regular exercise (football fitness sessions), or both can prevent the rapid bone loss that often happens after menopause. The trial includes 136 healthy women aged 45-60 and lasts 24 weeks. The main goal is to see if these approaches improve bone formation markers and overall bone health.
