New 'Supercharged' immune cell therapy targets Tough-to-Treat melanoma

NCT ID NCT06708455

Summary

This study is testing a new cell therapy called RAPA-201 for people with advanced melanoma that has spread and has stopped responding to standard immunotherapy. Doctors will collect a patient's own immune cells, modify them in a lab to better fight cancer, and then infuse them back. The main goal is to see if this treatment can shrink tumors in patients who have run out of other options.
