New pill aims to tame severe skin Flare-Ups

NCT ID NCT07204639

Summary

This study is testing a new oral medication called RAP-103 to see if it can reduce the severity of psoriasis and improve patients' quality of life. It will involve about 90 adults with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis, who will take either the drug at one of two doses or a placebo pill for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure how much the skin clears and monitor for side effects to see if the treatment is safe and effective.
