Summary
This study investigates whether a protein called RANKL, which is important for bone health, also plays a key role in egg development. Researchers will use mice, monkeys, and human ovarian tissue to see if blocking RANKL can improve egg maturation and fertility. The goal is to find new ways to treat female infertility, especially in older women. The study is currently recruiting participants for some parts.
