Summary
This study looks at whether taking the blood pressure medication ramipril once or twice a day is better for kidney function in people who have both chronic kidney disease and heart failure. Researchers will measure changes in kidney health and inflammation markers after 30 days. The study involves 80 adults with these conditions who are not on dialysis.
