NCT ID NCT07259512

Summary

This study aims to find the best daily schedule for taking the medication ramipril to help protect kidney function in people who have both chronic kidney disease and a type of heart failure. Researchers will compare taking one larger dose per day versus two smaller doses over 30 days. They will measure markers of kidney health, inflammation, and stress in the body to see which schedule works better.
