This study tests whether adding the drug Zolbetuximab to standard chemotherapy can help people with a specific type of advanced stomach or gastroesophageal cancer live longer. It is for patients whose tumors have a protein called CLDN18.2 and who have already tried one prior treatment. The study will compare results to past data from patients who received only standard care.
