First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study looks at how well a special stent (Hot AXIOS) works to drain blocked bile ducts in people with cancer, after the usual procedure (ERCP) fails. The goal is to see if it improves quality of life, especially jaundice symptoms, over two months. About 162 adults with malignant biliary stenosis will take part.
