First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study looks at whether using a rain stick or a musical egg during blood collection can lower pain, fear, and anxiety in children ages 4 to 6. About 120 children will be randomly assigned to use one of these toys or receive standard care. The goal is to find a simple, non-drug way to make needle procedures less stressful for young kids.
