First seen Mar 10, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study looks at how the body processes a single dose of radiprodil in adults with mild, moderate, or severe liver problems compared to healthy adults. About 40 participants aged 18 to 75 will receive one 15 mg pill and be monitored for about 6 days. The goal is to see if liver impairment affects drug levels and safety, which will help doctors decide if dose adjustments are needed.
