New drug radiprodil aims to tame seizures in rare brain disorders

Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called radiprodil in 30 people with tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) or focal cortical dysplasia (FCD) type II who have not responded to at least two seizure medications. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can reduce seizures and behavioral symptoms. All participants receive the drug, and the study lasts up to one year.
