Summary

This study is testing if adding precise, high-dose radiation to standard drug treatment can better control advanced lung cancer that has started to spread to a few new spots. It will compare this combined approach against switching to new drugs alone in 320 patients. The goal is to see if the radiation can block the cancer's growth and help patients live longer without their disease getting worse.
