Lung cancer trial: could radiation plus immunotherapy replace chemo before surgery?

Summary
This study compares two treatments given before surgery for non-small cell lung cancer: immunotherapy (cemiplimab) plus chemotherapy versus immunotherapy plus targeted radiation. About 112 people with stage IB to III lung cancer will take part. After surgery, all participants continue cemiplimab for one year to help prevent the cancer from coming back.
