NCT ID NCT07398014
First seen Feb 11, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study tested whether a 20-minute radiofrequency treatment on the lower belly can safely reduce symptoms of overactive bladder and sudden urine leakage in women. 95 women who were not taking bladder medications were randomly assigned to receive either real or sham (placebo) treatment. Their symptoms and quality of life were tracked for a year using standard questionnaires. The goal was to see if this non-invasive approach offers lasting relief without drugs.
