Summary
This study is testing a procedure called radiofrequency ablation (RFA) as a potential cure for small, low-risk thyroid cancer. It aims to see if using targeted heat to destroy the tumor can be a safe and effective alternative to surgery for 30 eligible adults. The goal is to eliminate the cancer while preserving the thyroid gland and avoiding the side effects of an operation.
